About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, creative, and commercially minded Brand Communication Strategist who understands how to position brands, build compelling offers, and craft messaging that actually converts. At HOS, we work with founders, coaches, consultants, and personal brands to help them grow and scale their businesses. Your job isn't just to write good copy. It's to figure out what to sell, how to position it, and how to communicate its value so that people actually want to buy. You'll work closely with our clients, founders and creative teams to turn business insights into strong offers, clear messaging, and high-converting marketing assets. What You'll Be Doing
• Offer Creation & Strategy: Research audiences, competitors, and market opportunities to develop compelling, differentiated offers for clients.
• Brand Positioning & Messaging: Define how a brand should communicate its value, differentiate itself, and appeal to its ideal customers.
• Sales Funnels & Campaign Strategy: Map customer journeys and develop messaging for webinars, workshops, paid events, landing pages, and other conversion funnels.
• Pitch Decks & Sales Assets: Structure persuasive pitch decks, presentations, and offer documents that help clients sell their products or services.
• Creative & Copy Direction: Develop briefs and messaging frameworks for ad scripts, landing pages, and other marketing creatives,



working closely with copywriters and designers.
• Research & Optimization: Study competitor campaigns, winning offers, customer psychology, and campaign performance to continuously improve messaging and conversions. Who We're Looking For
• Someone with 2–4+ years of relevant experience in brand strategy, marketing communication, direct-response marketing, or offer creation.
• Strong understanding of consumer psychology, sales, positioning, and conversion-driven messaging.
• Experience creating offers, marketing funnels, sales presentations, or campaign communication for brands, coaches, consultants, or service businesses.
• Someone who can research independently, think strategically, and translate complex ideas into simple, persuasive communication.
• A strong sense of ownership — someone who can take a project from research to a clear, execution-ready strategy without constant handholding.
