The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data exchange and business process automation. • Build and support complex inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and external systems such as:

• Develop integration solutions using:

• JSON
• SOAP and REST API so Web Services
• SFTP/File-based integrations
• Design and implement Workday Orchestrations to automate business processes and coordinate activities across multiple systems.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
• Configure and troubleshoot integration events, schedules, and error handling mechanisms.
• Perform end-to-end integration testing, defect resolution, and deployment support.
• Monitor integration performance and proactively resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and technical stakeholders to understand integration requirements.

• Experience integrating Workday with systems such as SAP, Oracle, ADP, ServiceNow, Azure AD, SuccessFactors, or custom applications.
• 3–6 years: Workday Integration Consultant.
