Compensation: ₹20,000/month Commitment: 4-6 hours/day (Part time) Work directly with the Founder We're looking for a sharp, AI-native GTM Engineer Intern who loves building automations, experimenting with growth tools, and getting campaigns live. What you'll work on:
• Cold Email: Build, launch, and manage outbound campaigns.
• Meta Ads: Set up campaigns, create and manage creatives, and monitor performance.
• Organic Growth: Execute content distribution across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
• SEO & AEO: Implement website optimizations for Google and AI search.
• GTM Automation: Build workflows, connect tools, and eliminate repetitive tasks. What we're looking for:
• Hands-on experience with Codex / Claude Code, Instantly/Smartlead, n8n, and AI automation tools.




• Familiarity with cold email platforms, Meta Ads Manager, and GTM workflows.
• Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, spreadsheets, and no-code tools.
• Someone who figures things out independently rather than waiting for instructions. The opportunity: You'll work directly with the founder, get exposure to real growth experiments, and build systems that actually go live. We're not looking for a strategist or someone who just talks about AI. We're looking for a builder who knows how to ship.
