Role Overview

As a Telesales Executive , you will be part of Rezoni’s sales team and will work directly on converting cart-abandonment leads into confirmed purchases through calls, product guidance, and attractive offers.

This is a 100% Work From Home position with base salary + commission per sale , allowing high performers to earn very well.

Key Responsibilities
Call customers who have abandoned their carts on the Rezoni website
Understand customer concerns and answer product-related questions




Offer attractive deals or discounts to close the sale
Guide customers through the ordering process
Maintain a skilled and friendly sales approach
Track daily conversions and performance

Requirements :
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
Prior telesales or customer calling experience is mandatory
