Summary :
You will be responsible for the effective running of the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. Assistant MAnager Training is responsible to ensure the smooth and productive running of the Training Department in the Human Resources Division, assisting the Human Resources Manager with the implementation of Hyatt's People Philosophy throughout the hotel.
Qualifications :
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 1 years work experience as Training Manager in larger operation. Valuable presentation, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
