We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruitment Intern to join our HR team. The candidate will assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment records.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial screening calls to understand candidate experience, skills, and salary expectations.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and selection status.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
Assist in posting job openings on various job portals.
Support the HR team with daily recruitment and coordination activities.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to screen resumes and identify suitable candidates.
Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a rapid-paced workplace.
Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
