About the RoleWe are looking for a qualified and experienced Corporate Lawyer to handle legal documentation, corporate advisory, agreements and regulatory compliance matters for startups, businesses and entrepreneurs.
Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review and prepare legal agreements, MOUs, NDAs and other business documents.
Handle company incorporation and corporate legal documentation.
Provide legal assistance on business structuring and corporate matters.
Assist with MCA filings, ROC compliance and statutory documentation.
Review legal documents and ensure accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams for legal requirements.
Support business funding,



startup advisory and compliance-related matters.
Eligibility & SkillsLLB degree is mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in corporate law or legal advisory.
Knowledge of Companies Act, MCA/ROC compliances and corporate documentation.
Robust drafting, research and analytical skills.
Positive communication and client-handling abilities.
Experience in a CA firm, law firm or corporate advisory setup will be preferred.
