About the Role

Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and target-driven Proactive Sales Executive to support our corporate and events business at our Hyderabad location. This is a field sales role focused on acquiring corporate clients and driving bookings for team outings, corporate events, and group experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach corporate clients through field visits, networking, and lead generation
Pitch corporate events, team outings, and entertainment solutions to HR teams and decision-makers
Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business




Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal operations teams for smooth event execution
Represent the brand professionally in all client interactions
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B, corporate sales, event sales, hospitality, or similar roles
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Comfortable with field sales, client meetings, and networking
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory)
