Job Responsibilities:Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects.
Manage and run Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Generate quality leads through paid advertising campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and optimise ad budgets.
Manage social media platforms and coordinate content creation.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Develop marketing strategies to promote real estate projects.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups and conversions.
Track marketing performance and prepare regular reports.
Work on brand awareness, project promotions and online visibility.

Real estate industry knowledge and experience is mandatory.
Hands-on experience in Google Ads is compulsory.




Hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) is compulsory.
Solid knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation.
Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns.
Knowledge of marketing analytics and campaign optimisation.
Valuable communication, coordination and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

Candidate Requirements:Relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
Must have practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Should understand real estate lead generation and project promotions.
Should be target-oriented and result-driven.

Key: Candidates without real estate industry knowledge and practical experience in both Google Ads and Meta Ads will not be considered.
