Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Vendor Payments
Handling supplier/vendor payments :
Maintaining payment records, trackers, and filing
Preparing and issuing client invoices :
Basic TDS knowledge and documentation handling
Coordination with CA , suppliers, and clients for payments, invoices & compliance requirements

Office Administration & Backend Systems
Organising and maintaining office files (physical + digital)
Creating structured documentation systems for easy access and reporting
Ensuring studio backend operations stay updated and streamlined

Partner Support (Managerial Assistance)
Managing partner calendars :
Scheduling meetings and calls
Coordinating internal follow-ups and priorities
Supporting day-to-day managerial tasks as required

HR Support (Hiring Assistance)
Supporting the partners during the hiring process
Assisting with basic HR documentation/policies (as needed)





Marketing Interest is a Plus
Basic website coordination for updating data.
Supporting studio social media management (posting, coordination, content follow-ups)

Required Skills : Must-have:
Fluency in English (spoken + written) :
Robust organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets :
Robust follow-up and coordination ability
Presentable, qualified communication with vendors/clients

Preferred:
Experience working in a design / architecture / interior / construction firm :
Familiarity with basic accounting processes & documentation
Knowledge of TDS / invoicing / compliance coordination

Pay: ₹10,579.91 - ₹30,000.00 per month
