JOB DESCRIPTION – PERSONAL LOAN TELECALLER

Job Type: Full time, office-based

Salary: Based on experience + performance incentives

Role:

Call potential customers, understand their personal loan requirements, and coordinate with the team to complete loan applications and achieve business targets.

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls using company-provided customer data.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements accurately.
Identify interested and eligible customers.
Follow up for documents, application completion, approvals, and disbursements.
Coordinate with the Team Leader and processing team.
Update calling remarks, leads, and daily MIS.
Achieve assigned calling, login, and disbursement targets.




Protect customer information and follow approved calling practices.
Never promise guaranteed approval or collect unofficial fees.

Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi; Marathi and English are an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and accurate data entry.
Solid follow-up skills and a target-oriented attitude.
Personal loan, banking, DSA, or telesales experience preferred.
Freshers with positive communication skills may apply.

Reporting To: Team Leader
