We are hiring an Experienced US Accountant to support US CPA firms and accounting clients through our outsourcing services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting, and be comfortable working directly with overseas clients.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-end bookkeeping for US clients
Record transactions in QuickBooks Online / Desktop, Xero, or similar software
Bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
Accounts payable & accounts receivable management
Monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting
Prepare and review Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
Support US payroll processing (ADP, Gusto, Paychex – preferred)
Assist with 1099 preparation and year-end close activities
Coordinate with US CPAs during audits and tax filings




Communicate with US clients via email and virtual meetings

Required Skills & Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter (preferred)
2–6 years of hands-on experience in US accounting or outsourcing
Robust knowledge of US GAAP
Excellent working experience with QuickBooks Online (mandatory)
Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
Valuable written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet US deadlines

Experience working with US CPA firms
Knowledge of US sales tax, payroll taxes, and 1099s
Client-facing experience
Experience with workflow tools like Karbon, Practice Ignition, or similar
