We are looking for an experienced Workday Studio Developer with strong expertise in Workday integrations, enterprise application connectivity, and end-to-end integration development.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Workday Studio, Workday HCM, SOAP/REST APIs, EIB, Core Connectors, and RaaS , along with the ability to design, develop, deploy, and support complex enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities1. Workday Studio Development & Integration

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio.
- Build end-to-end integrations between Workday, Moveworks, and other enterprise platforms.
- Develop custom integration solutions based on business and technical requirements.
- Perform integration debugging, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Ensure integration reliability, scalability, and performance.

1. Workday Web Services & Data Transformation

- Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Web Services, including SOAP and REST APIs.
- Work extensively with XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON, and data transformation techniques.
- Implement data mapping, validation, and transformation between enterprise applications.
- Ensure accurate and secure data exchange across integrated systems.

1. Workday HCM & Integration Frameworks

- Develop and support integrations within Workday HCM.
- Work with Workday integration technologies, including:
- Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
- Core Connectors
- Reports as a Service (RaaS)
- Workday Studio
- Configure and maintain integration security and access controls.
- Implement effective error handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms.

1. Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting

- Identify and resolve integration failures, performance bottlenecks, and data processing issues.
- Optimize existing integrations for improved performance and reliability.




- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective solutions.
- Provide production support for Workday integrations.

1. Technical Design & Documentation

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions.
- Prepare technical design documents, integration specifications, and deployment documentation.
- Manage integration activities throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, developers, and enterprise application teams.
- Support integration testing, deployment, and post-production maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Robust hands-on experience in Workday Studio development .
- Expertise in designing and implementing complex Workday integrations.
- Proficiency in Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs).
- Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON, and data transformation.
- Experience with Workday HCM, EIB, Core Connectors, and RaaS.
- Understanding of Workday integration security and authentication mechanisms.
- Experience in integration debugging, error handling, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of integration testing, deployment, and production support.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prepare technical documentation and manage integration lifecycles.

Preferred Skills
- Experience integrating Workday with Moveworks or other enterprise platforms.
- Familiarity with enterprise integration architectures and best practices.
- Experience handling complex integration workflows and large-volume data processing.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
