Spectral Consultants is hiring for one of the leading global advisory and accounting firms for its Bengaluru location .
We are looking for experienced professionals with strong hands-on expertise in Workday Report Development, reporting frameworks and calculated fields.

? ? Role: Senior Workday Report Developer
Key Skills Required:
- Strong hands-on experience in Workday Report Development.
- Experience in at least 2 out of 3 modules: HCM, Finance (FINS) and PSA .
- Expertise in Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports and Composite Reports.
- Strong experience in developing complex Calculated Fields.
- Good understanding of Workday Business Objects, Data Sources, Reporting Frameworks and Security.
- Experience with Workday implementations, integrations and production support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, maintain and optimise Workday reports across HCM, Finance and PSA modules.
- Build advanced reporting solutions using Advanced,
Matrix and Composite Reports.
- Develop complex Calculated Fields to meet business reporting requirements.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable reporting solutions.
- Troubleshoot reporting issues, data discrepancies and production defects.
- Perform report testing, validation and quality checks to ensure data accuracy.
- Support Workday biannual releases, enhancements and system upgrades.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT and other business stakeholders.
