Skill set
Excellent understanding in Wiring / Flexibles assembly sequencing, Upper body / Underbody package feasibility, Clash and clearance analysis, and interface validations across systems.
Domain knowledge
Technical understanding of Low voltage and High voltage Wirings.
- Understanding the difference of EDS Wiring between ICE and EV s ,performing Static Dynamic assessment / Feasibility checks accordingly. IPS Knowledge is must.
- Correct classification of Cross functional or Engineering issues in DPA assessments to address in right forum and timely resolution.
- Ensuring 100% buck quality CAD readiness for initial P-Release.
- Skilled in performing dynamic simulations in Tce, Vismockup,
3DX and checking CAD readiness.
**- Upskill team members with DMU / DPA1 skills and ability to clarify queries and doubts.
- Understand requirements of project and work with team to achieve deliverables.
- Independently interacts with Engineering / Supplier teams to prioritize assigned tasks.
- Good understanding in geometric compatibility of Wiring components, analyzing surrounding components for design feasibility.
- With minimal supervision take complete ownership of the tasks and ensure quality deliverables on-time.
- Supporting NPD / Change Management tasks for EDS FSS and DPA1 requirements.
- Work close with team to enhance quality of deliverables.
