We are looking for enthusiastic, confident and motivated individuals to join our team as Student Counsellor cum Telecaller.

Job Responsibilities - Handle incoming and outgoing calls to prospective students and parents.

- Explain educational programmes, admission procedures and overseas study opportunities.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, universities, eligibility and admission requirements.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Convert enquiries into student admissions through effective communication and counselling.
- Maintain student enquiry records and update follow-up details.
- Schedule counselling sessions and appointments.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve monthly enquiry follow-up and admission targets.




- Coordinate with the admission team to ensure a smooth admission process.

Requirements &

Qualifications - Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Fluency in Malayalam and English. Knowledge of Hindi or other languages is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Good telephone etiquette and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude, confidence and willingness to learn.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Previous experience in telecalling, counselling or education consultancy will be an added advantage.
