Hiring: WhatsApp Marketing & Automation Specialist

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month (In-Hand) + Incentives

We are looking for an experienced professional to independently manage bulk WhatsApp marketing campaigns, automated customer journeys and lead generation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute bulk WhatsApp campaigns using API platforms.
- Manage tools like WATI, AiSensy, Interakt, Gupshup or Twilio.
- Set up automated follow-ups, auto-replies and lead-routing flows.
- Segment audiences and personalize campaign messages.
- Manage WhatsApp templates, approvals and contact databases.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize messages, offers and CTAs.
- Maintain opt-in, opt-out and suppression records.

Requirements:





- Minimum 1 year of professional WhatsApp Marketing & Automation experience.
- Hands-on experience independently managing bulk campaigns.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API and automation workflows.
- Understanding of WhatsApp policies and campaign analytics.
