Job Title: Assistant Executive - SIM

Job Summary

The Assistant Executive - Materials will support the materials management team in overseeing the procurement, inventory management, and handling of raw materials. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a solid understanding of materials management processes and proficiency in SAP S/4Hana.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Assist in the procurement of raw materials and ensure timely delivery to meet production schedules.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to optimize material availability.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve any material-related issues.
- Utilize SAP S/4Hana for tracking inventory and procurement processes.
- Prepare reports on inventory status and procurement activities for management review.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in materials management or a similar role.




- Strong knowledge of raw materials and inventory management practices.
- Experience with procurement processes and supplier management.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4Hana is highly desirable.
