Nonstop Asia is looking for a results-driven Team Leader to lead and grow our Work From Home telecalling and business-development team.

Your role

- Lead, train and motivate telecallers
- Allocate leads and ensure timely follow-up
- Monitor daily calling, attendance, productivity and conversions
- Conduct daily performance reviews and team meetings
- Support team members to achieve individual and team targets
- Coordinate with HR and management through regular reports

Who can apply

- Experience as a Team Leader / Telecalling Team Leader / Sales Team Leader
- Solid communication, leadership and target-management skills
- Ability to manage a remote team with discipline and energy
- CRM and lead-management experience preferred
- Tamil and English communication preferred
