Hiring: WhatsApp Automation & Campaign Specialist

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month (In-Hand) + Performance Incentives

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled qualified who can independently plan, execute and optimize automated WhatsApp marketing journeys for business lead generation and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

- Manage bulk WhatsApp campaigns through API platforms.
- Build automated customer journeys and follow-up sequences.
- Configure auto-replies, chatbot flows and lead routing.
- Segment audiences and personalize communication.
- Manage template approvals and campaign schedules.
- Test messages, offers, CTAs and sending timings.
- Analyze campaign performance and improve engagement.
- Maintain opt-in, opt-out and suppression records.

Requirements:





- Minimum 1 year of professional WhatsApp Marketing experience.
- Practical knowledge of WATI, AiSensy, Interakt, Gupshup or Twilio.
- Experience in campaign automation and independent execution.
- Strong understanding of WhatsApp Business policies.
- Ability to analyze campaign results and optimize performance.
