Role: Wedding Designer

Panigrahana Weddings is looking for a creative and sales-oriented professional who can understand couples' wedding requirements, develop customised design concepts using CAD software and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up on wedding enquiries and maintain lead records in CRM.
- Conduct client meetings to understand wedding vision, budget, venue and requirements.
- Create wedding layouts, floor plans and décor concepts using AutoCAD or other CAD software.
- Prepare mood boards, presentations, proposals and quotations.
- Coordinate with design and operations teams for execution feasibility.
- Present concepts, negotiate and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Ensure smooth client handover to the Operations team.
- Maintain regular client communication through WhatsApp and the company portal.

Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in wedding planning,



event design or interior design.
- Mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD software.
- Knowledge of 2D layouts, floor plans and spatial design.
- Solid creative, presentation and communication skills.
- Experience in client handling, sales and lead conversion.
- Ability to work with CRM tools and manage multiple assignments.
- Flexibility to work weekends and travel to event venues.
