Position: Online Interviewer / Candidate Screening Specialist

Language Requirements

First Priority (Mandatory):

- Excellent fluency in Tamil and English, both speaking and understanding.
- Solid communication and interviewing skills.

Second Priority (Preferred):

- Knowledge of Malayalam and/or Kannada.
- Candidates fluent in Tamil, English, Malayalam, and Kannada will receive additional preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct online interviews with candidates, teachers, trainers, and service professionals.
- Evaluate candidates' communication skills, qualifications, experience, and subject knowledge.
- Conduct interviews in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, or English, depending on language proficiency.
- Prepare interview feedback and candidate evaluation reports.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team regarding candidate selection.

Eligibility





- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in interviewing, recruitment, HR, or candidate screening is preferred.
- Ability to conduct interviews professionally through Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp video calls.
- Reliable internet connection and availability for scheduled interviews.

Compensation Competitive remuneration based on experience, language proficiency, and number of interviews conducted.
