Looking for experienced Freelance Automotive Trainers for upcoming training assignments with Maruti Suzuki across multiple locations in India.

Engagement Type: Freelance / Assignment-Based

Role Overview:

We are looking for passionate automotive training professionals who can deliver impactful training programs for dealership teams and automotive professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct classroom, online and On-the-Job Training (OJT) sessions.
- Deliver automotive product, process and sales training.
- Train dealership staff on vehicle features, product knowledge and sales processes.
- Improve sales effectiveness and customer handling capabilities.
- Conduct learning assessments and maintain training reports.
- Ensure effective participant engagement and training outcomes.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Product, Process or Sales Training.
- Automotive or passenger vehicle industry experience preferred.




- Robust understanding of automotive products and sales processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable conducting classroom and field training.
- Familiarity with digital platforms and training assessments.
- Must have a personal laptop.
- Must be willing to travel across India.

Important Eligibility Condition:

Candidates currently employed with automobile dealerships are not eligible.

Professionals working independently, freelance trainers, former OEM employees and experienced automotive training professionals are encouraged to apply.
