Roles & Responsibility

 Responsible for following up on all loading and unloading activities to ensure timely and protected handling of goods.

 Maintains group account records accurately during program operations.

 Prepares and plans all necessary tasks and materials ahead of scheduled programs.

 Supervises group operations and ensures smooth coordination during programs or events.

 Submits timely and accurate reports related to warehouse activities and team performance.

 Handles the purchase of required stock and tools for warehouse and program use.

 Coordinates effectively with the warehouse team to ensure smooth day-to-

day operations.

 Manages the receipt, storage, and issue of materials in an organized and efficient manner.

 Enters stock details and uploads product images regularly into the inventory management software.

 Follows up on material purchases with vendors to ensure timely delivery.

 Maintains daily attendance records for all permanent staff members.

 Tracks and records attendance for temporary staff during specific assignments or programs.





 Calculates and processes weekly wages for temporary and support staff.

 Maintains accurate records of all warehouse-related expenses and ensures accounts are up to date.

 Oversees routine warehouse maintenance activities to ensure cleanliness,

safety, and functionality.

Responsibility

 Any Bachelor's degree or Degree/Diploma in Event Planning, Business

Administration, or a related to Event Management Industry.

 Proven experience (X years) in event planning, coordination, or management, with a track record of successful events.

 Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.

 Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a solution-

oriented mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

 Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.

 Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to

Event Management.

 Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
