Role & responsibilities

- Ensure safety compliance across warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

- Conduct daily warehouse safety inspections.

- Ensure proper material stacking, storage, and handling practices.

- Monitor protected operation of forklifts, pallet trucks, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment.

- Ensure pedestrian and vehicle movement segregation.

- Monitor loading and unloading activities to prevent accidents.

B. Health & Safety Compliance

- Implement company EHS policies, procedures, and safety standards.

- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory safety requirements.

- Conduct regular workplace safety audits and inspections.





- Identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and ensure corrective actions.

- Maintain safety records, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.

C. Fire & Emergency Management

- Ensure fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, alarms, and emergency exits are accessible and operational.

- Conduct regular fire safety inspections.

- Organize fire drills and emergency evacuation exercises.

- Ensure emergency response procedures are communicated to employees.

- Monitor electrical safety and fire prevention measures.
