Role & responsibilities

1. Dispatch Operations

- Manage daily dispatch activities on the warehouse floor.
- Ensure all orders are picked, packed, checked, and dispatched on time.
- Verify dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans, and packing lists.
- Ensure correct products and quantities are dispatched against orders.

1. Warehouse Floor Management

- Supervise daily warehouse floor activities.
- Allocate work to pickers, packers, and loading staff.
- Ensure proper material handling and storage.
- Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards in the warehouse.

1. Inventory Management

- Coordinate with the inventory team for stock availability.
- Monitor stock movement and material shortages.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials.
- Support physical stock verification and cycle counting.

1. Loading and Transportation

- Coordinate vehicle placement and loading activities.
- Ensure proper loading and unloading of materials.
- Verify materials before handing them over to transporters.
- Track vehicle dispatch and maintain dispatch records.

1. Documentation and Reporting

- Maintain daily dispatch reports.
- Update dispatch details in ERP/WMS systems.
- Maintain records of pending, completed, and delayed dispatches.
- Report daily operational issues to the supervisor.

1. Team Coordination

- Coordinate with picking, packing, inventory, and transport teams.
- Ensure manpower is properly utilized.
- Follow up on pending orders and urgent dispatches.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of warehouse and dispatch operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP/WMS).
- Knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Team handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.





Preferred candidate profile Preferred Candidate Profile Warehouse Dispatch Floor Executive

- Minimum 15 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, dispatch, or supply chain operations.
- Graduate or candidates with a diploma in logistics or warehouse management will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of warehouse dispatch processes, picking, packing, scanning, and loading activities.
- Experience in handling warehouse floor operations and coordinating with pickers, packers, and loading staff.
- Knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliation, and material movement.
- Basic computer knowledge with MS Excel and ERP/WMS software.
- Ability to prepare daily dispatch reports and maintain dispatch documentation.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage manpower and achieve daily dispatch targets.
- Should be responsible, punctual, disciplined, and capable of working under pressure.
- Knowledge of 5S, FIFO, and warehouse safety practices will be an added advantage.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
