– Warehouse Manager

Position: Warehouse Manager BORIVALI

Experience: 5–8 Years / SALARY - 30 TO 40 K PAR MONTH

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage overall warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch and inventory management.
- Ensure accurate stock maintenance and timely updating of inventory records.
- Supervise loading, unloading, packing and material handling activities.
- Monitor inward and outward material movements.
- Maintain proper documentation, stock registers, GRN, delivery challans and dispatch records.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, material identification and warehouse space utilization.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Accounts, Production and Logistics teams.
- Manage warehouse staff, allocate duties and monitor team performance.
- Ensure timely order processing and dispatch as per customer requirements.
- Implement FIFO / FEFO procedures wherever applicable.
- Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness and housekeeping standards.




- Control inventory losses, damages and operational costs.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly warehouse MIS reports.

Required Skills:
- Robust knowledge of warehouse and inventory management.
- Good understanding of ERP / SAP / Tally and MS Excel.
- Excellent team handling and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of logistics, supply chain and dispatch operations.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines.

Candidate Profile:
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in warehouse management.
- Hands-on experience in inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Good communication, leadership and decision-making skills.
- Should be responsible, proactive and result-oriented.
