Job Details

- Experience: 6 Months 2 Years
- Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad
- Shift: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle US IT recruitment requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed and job portals.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, visa status and rates.
- Work with OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, GC EAD and USC candidates.
- Submit profiles, coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment records and achieve hiring targets.

Required Skills

- 6 months to 2 years of US IT Recruitment experience.
- Knowledge of US IT Staffing, W2, C2C and 1099.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Dice and Boolean search.
- Good communication, sourcing and negotiation skills.
