Role & responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution: Lead planning, execution and timely completion of construction projects within approved timelines and budgets.
1. Project Cost & Budget Management: Control project costs, monitor budgets, cash flows, profitability and implement cost optimization measures.
2. Construction Management: Oversee civil, structural, architectural and MEP activities, ensuring productive site execution and resource utilization.
3. Project Monitoring & Control: Monitor project schedules, milestones, productivity and progress; identify delays and implement recovery plans.
4. Quality Management: Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards and minimize rework and defects.
5. Safety & Statutory Compliance: Ensure implementation of safety policies, statutory requirements, environmental standards and accident prevention measures.
6. Contractor & Procurement Management: Manage contractors, subcontractors, vendors, procurement activities,



commercial negotiations and contractual obligations.
7. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor and manage project managers, engineers and site teams, ensuring accountability and high performance.
8. Client & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants and statutory authorities to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
9. Strategic & Business Management: Drive project profitability, operational efficiency, risk management, management reporting and continuous improvement across projects. Overall accountability: Deliver construction projects safely, on time, within budget, to the desired quality standards and with targeted profitability.

Preferred candidate profile Qualification - B.E in Civil

Experience - 8 to 12 years

Candidates having experience in hospital sector are preferred
