Role & responsibilities:

We are hiring for Customer Support International Voice Process.

We are looking for Freshers or 0-2 years of experience who want to build their careers in the customer service domain by having excellent communication and written skills.

NOTE: Must have Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills in English - Looking for an Immediate Joiner.

Job Role: Customer Support Associate

Interview Mode: F2F

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent communication skills and written skills.

The candidate's prime role will be assisting customers through emails.

Candidates who are in Mumbai based Location

Required only immediate joiners and somebody who are within 25KM radius of distance.





0-02 years of experience (freshers welcome!).

Highest Qualification: + 2 / Diploma for 3 years/ Graduates in any stream with no current backlogs.

Shift: Pure Day Shift (9:30am to 6:30pm or 10:30am to 7:30pm)

6 Days of work , 1 day rotational week off

Travelling Allowance: 3500/-

Performance Based Incentives: 2,750/-

It is Work from Office!
