Role & responsibilities

Role: Associate Customer Support ( Premium fintech Process)

Responsibilities: To Understand customer issues over the call and provide on time resolution as per the process.

Preferred candidate profile

-> Undergrad/ Graduate

-> Fresher or Experienced in customer service

-> Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

-> Good understanding and problem solving ability

->Positive typing and basic computer knowledge
