- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters.

- Allocate hiring requirements based on recruiter skills, workload, and priorities.

- Monitor daily productivity, submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.

- Conduct regular team reviews and provide performance feedback.

1. End-to-End Recruitment

- Manage and drive end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.

- Handle domestic IT hiring requirements, including C2H (Contract-to-Hire), contract staffing, and permanent positions.

- Support recruiters in closing critical and niche technical requirements.

- Ensure timely fulfilment of client hiring demands.

1. Sourcing & Candidate Management

- Guide recruiters on effective sourcing strategies using Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

- Ensure quality screening, candidate engagement, and timely follow-ups.

- Maintain a solid candidate pipeline and database.

- Improve submission-to-interview and interview-to-selection ratios.
