Job Overview

HCA Healthcare is looking for experienced Senior QA Automation Engineers with strong expertise in Selenium, C#, and SQL to join its technology team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automation testing, designing and developing automation frameworks, executing test scripts, and validating application functionality. Candidates should possess strong programming knowledge in C# and database testing experience using SQL.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and C#.
- Develop and maintain automation testing frameworks.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Write and execute SQL queries to validate backend data and database transactions.
- Identify, document, track, and report software defects.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements.
- Perform test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect management.
- Ensure application quality, reliability,



and performance through effective testing practices.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide regular testing updates.
- Troubleshoot automation failures and improve test coverage.
- Maintain test documentation and automation scripts.

Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
- Strong programming experience in C#.
- Good knowledge of SQL and database testing.
- Experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of automation testing concepts and methodologies.
- Experience in functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Knowledge of API testing is an added advantage.
- Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience & Education
- 5–12 years of relevant experience in QA Automation Testing.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with solid hands-on experience in Selenium + C# + SQL.
- Experience working on enterprise-level applications.
- Ability to independently handle automation testing activities.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to work in the 2 PM – 11 PM shift.
