Job Title: Sales Executive Banking / Personal Loans

Role & Responsibilities:

- Contact potential customers through outbound calls and explain personal loan products.
- Generate leads and identify customers who are eligible for personal loans.
- Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
- Follow up with interested customers and assist them throughout the loan application process.
- Coordinate with the banking and operations teams for application processing and loan disbursement.
- Maintain daily call reports, customer records, and lead updates.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain good customer relationships.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.




- Valuable communication skills in Kannada and basic English are preferred.
- Basic knowledge of banking, personal loans, and customer handling is an advantage.
- Candidates should be confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
