Roles and Responsibilities

- Assist in API production, batch manufacturing, centrifugation, reactor operations, drying processes.

- Monitor and control process parameters to ensure compliance with quality standards.

- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve overall efficiency.

- Maintain accurate records of production activities and maintain a clean working environment.

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or related field (API production, BMR/BMRL).

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry (B.Sc) or Chemical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.).

- Solid understanding of shop floor operations, including centrifuges, reactors, dryers etc.

- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.
