About the Role looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiters / Talent Acquisition Professionals to join our recruitment team in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment across Pan India and international markets, particularly African countries, for multiple industries and job functions.

We welcome applications from freshers who are interested in building a career in recruitment as well as experienced professionals with expertise in domestic and international hiring.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic and international positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases and other recruitment platforms.
- Manage recruitment across Pan India and African markets.
- Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on client requirements.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR discussions and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication, interview follow-ups and offer negotiations.




- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Work on multiple job openings across different industries and experience levels.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA / PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn and Boolean search will be an advantage.
- Ability to understand job requirements and identify relevant talent.
- Strong follow-up, coordination and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work on Pan India and international recruitment assignments.
- Interest in working in a target-oriented recruitment environment.
