WE ARE HIRING HR RECRUITER (BPO INTERNAL HIRING)
Job Location: A-51, Rozgar.com, Noida Sector 16
Experience: Minimum 1 Year in BPO Recruitment
Salary: 20,000 25,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end BPO recruitment.
- Manage internal hiring for Recruiters and other BPO positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, references and other channels.
- Screen candidates and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO hiring.
- Must have good knowledge of BPO recruitment.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle bulk hiring and multiple requirements.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
