- Working on Client documents, which are required to be filed with SEC (Securities Exchange Commission).
- The primary responsibilities include the preparation of Financial Statements including Balance sheets, Statements of Income and Cash Flow statements basis on US-GAAP standards Analyses the company's financial information. Regulatory Reporting (covering the entire Annual Report 10K and Quarterly Report 10Q) for the US Companies as mandated by SEC.
- Accounting knowledge is must to decide regarding Debit and Credit aspects of accounting, so that once filed with SEC, anyone (Investors / Debtors / Creditors or any layman) can understand.
- Browse Google for more information regarding XBRL and Aptara. Majority of the interview questions may be pertaining to basics of Accounts / Finance.
- Valuable communication skill is must.
