Working Days: 6 Days a Week, 1 day rotational off

Salary: Up to 18,000 per month

Monthly Incentives: 2,750

Travel Allowance: 3,500 (Both Ways)

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented candidates for an Inbound Voice Process in the Logistics domain.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls related to shipments, logistics and delivery queries.
- Provide accurate shipment tracking updates and delivery status information.
- Address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.




- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve shipment-related issues.
- Maintain skilled communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective query handling.

Eligibility Criteria

- Good verbal communication skills in English.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Prior experience in customer service or voice processes will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable working in a day shift and 6-day working schedule.
