1. Job Purpose

To carry out vehicle body repairs, denting, panel replacement and accident damage restoration while maintaining quality and safety standards.
1. Key Responsibilities
2. Inspect vehicles and identify accident-related damages.
3. Perform denting and body panel repairs.
4. Carry out panel removal, fitting and replacement.
5. Perform welding and cutting work when required.
6. Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting.
7. Coordinate with the painting team for repair completion.
8. Ensure proper alignment of doors, bonnets, bumpers and panels.
9. Follow manufacturer repair procedures.
10. Maintain workshop tools and equipment.
11. Complete repair work within the assigned timeline.
12. Maintain quality standards and workshop safety.
13. Coordinate with the bodyshop supervisor and service team.

- Denting and body repair knowledge.

1. Qualification

- ITI / Diploma in Automobile or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- 25 years of relevant bodyshop experience preferred.

- Rework and rejection percentage.
