Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic AR Callers to join our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team in Mysore. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling insurance follow-ups, outstanding claims, denial management and payment resolution through voice-based communication with US insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to US insurance companies regarding outstanding medical claims.
2. Follow up on pending, denied and underpaid claims.
3. Verify claim status and identify reasons for payment delays, rejections and denials.
4. Coordinate with insurance companies to resolve claim-related issues.
5. Review EOB (Explanation of Benefits) and ERA (Electronic Remittance Advice).
6. Handle claim appeals, corrections and reconsideration requests.
7. Understand Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial Insurance processes.
8.



Maintain accurate documentation of insurance follow-ups and claim status.
9. Achieve daily productivity, quality and collection targets.
10. Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and patient data confidentiality.

Required Skills

- 1 to 6 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM / AR Calling.
- Strong verbal English communication skills and neutral accent.
- Hands-on experience in insurance follow-ups and claim status verification.
- Knowledge of Denial Management and AR Resolution.
- Understanding of Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial Insurance.
- Familiarity with EOB, ERA and US healthcare billing terminology.
- Positive analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet process targets.
