Key Responsibilities

- Take end-to-end ownership of the Debt Syndication Division, including P&L;, revenue, profitability and business growth.
- Develop and execute the overall business strategy and growth plan for the division.
- Lead syndication of new and expansion projects.
- Drive syndication of long-term and short-term debt for corporate clients.
- Originate new mandates and build a robust deal pipeline to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporates, banks and financial institutions.
- Strengthen existing client relationships and generate repeat and new business.




- Lead client meetings and prepare pitch books, proposals, marketing materials and management presentations.
- Review deal documentation and conduct transaction return and profitability analysis.
- Monitor deal pipeline, portfolio performance, revenue targets and budgets.
- Build, lead and mentor the Debt Syndication team, with clear business and performance targets.
- Take complete ownership of mandate acquisition, transaction closures, revenue generation, profitability and P&L; of the division.
- Work closely with senior management on strategic opportunities and expansion of the Debt Syndication business.
