Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented candidates for the Kannada Voice Process in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, understanding customer concerns, resolving queries, and providing excellent customer support through effective communication in Kannada.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Communicate fluently with customers in Kannada.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Update customer information and call records in the CRM system.
- Follow company policies, call-handling procedures, and quality standards.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly performance targets.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the concerned department when required.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluency in spoken Kannada is mandatory.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
- Hindi or Tamil communication skills will be an added advantage.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good verbal
