Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented candidates for the Malayalam Voice Process. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, addressing queries, providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication in Malayalam.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Communicate fluently with customers in Malayalam.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Record customer interactions and update information in the CRM system.
- Follow company policies, call-handling procedures, and quality standards.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly performance targets.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the concerned department when required.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluency in spoken Malayalam is mandatory.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
- Tamil communication skills will be an added advantage.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
