Vacancy: Experienced Visa Filing Officer

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Visa Filing Officer with a minimum of 1 year of relevant filing experience.

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and process Tourist, Visitor, and Study Visa applications.
- Verify documents carefully to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain a separate checklist for every case and identify pending documents.
- Regularly check application status and provide timely updates.
- Follow up with clients to collect pending documents and complete files on time.
- Ensure all forms and supporting documents are properly organised before submission.
- Maintain accurate records of applications, submissions, and client details.
- Stay updated with visa documentation requirements and embassy procedures.




- Handle multiple cases efficiently while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in visa filing.
- Knowledge of Tourist, Visitor, and Study Visa documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
