We are looking for a highly creative, technically skilled, and independent Videographer & Video Editor who can independently manage end-to-end video production, photography, shooting, and editing requirements.

Job Overview The ideal candidate should be capable of transforming creative briefs into high-quality visual content. You will be responsible for managing the complete production process, from research and concept development to shooting, cinematography, editing, color grading, motion graphics, and final delivery.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of projects, bring creative ideas, work independently, and deliver professional-quality content within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities1. Video Production & Videography

- Plan and execute indoor and outdoor video shoots.
- Handle camera operations, framing, composition, and camera movements.
- Create cinematic shots, product videos, promotional videos, and social media reels.
- Capture B-roll, close-ups, tracking shots, slow-motion shots, and establishing shots.
- Manage lighting, exposure, white balance, and audio recording.
- Coordinate with clients, models, and internal teams during shoots.

1. Video Editing & Post-Production

- Edit raw footage into professional, engaging videos.
- Perform color correction and cinematic color grading.
- Add transitions, sound effects, background music, and subtitles.
- Create motion graphics, text animations, titles, and visual effects.
- Optimize videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and digital advertisements.
- Ensure high-quality final delivery within deadlines.

1. Photography

- Handle product, corporate, team, event, lifestyle, and brand photography.
- Shoot architecture, interiors, real estate, food, and industrial content.
- Create professional product photographs and promotional visuals.

1. Creative Planning & Storytelling

- Understand client requirements and business objectives.
- Research brands, products, competitors, and visual trends.
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and shot lists.
- Suggest creative camera angles, lighting setups, locations, and editing styles.




- Take independent creative decisions to improve final output.

1. Equipment & Production Management

- Select appropriate cameras, lenses, lighting, microphones, and accessories.
- Manage gimbals, tripods, sliders, reflectors, and other production equipment.
- Plan shoot requirements and manage production timelines.
- Organize and maintain raw footage and project files.

1. Project & Client Management

- Handle multiple projects and shoots simultaneously.
- Work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients.
- Incorporate feedback and manage revisions professionally.
- Maintain consistent production quality across projects.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise
- Skilled videography and cinematography.

Software Knowledge Hands-on experience with skilled creative software:

Proficiency in the software relevant to professional video production and editing is expected. Camera & Equipment Knowledge

Candidates should have practical knowledge of:

- DSLR, Mirrorless, and Cinema Cameras.
- Prime and Zoom Lenses.
- Gimbals, Tripods, and Sliders.
- LED Lights, Softboxes, Reflectors, and Diffusers.
- Wireless Microphones and Audio Recorders.
- ND Filters and Camera Accessories.

Preference: Candidates who own professional cameras, lenses, lighting, gimbals, or audio equipment will be preferred.

Experience & Qualifications
- 2–6 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
- Experience working with digital marketing agencies, advertising agencies, creative agencies, or production houses.
- Strong understanding of professional video production workflows.
- Ability to independently manage shoots and editing assignments.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment will be strongly preferred.

Portfolio / Showreel Is Mandatory Candidates must share their portfolio or showreel demonstrating their actual work.

The portfolio should ideally include:

- Cinematic Videos.
- Product Videos.
- Instagram Reels.
- Corporate Videos.
- Product Photography.
- Indoor and Outdoor Shoots.
- Different Editing Styles.
- Color Grading.
- Motion Graphics.

Candidates without a relevant portfolio or showreel may not be considered.
