We are looking for a dedicated and disciplined baker to join our production team, specializing in dough preparation and mixing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with precision, consistency, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and mix dough according to standard recipes and production schedules
Measure ingredients accurately and maintain consistency in dough quality
Monitor dough texture, hydration, and fermentation times
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the mixing area at all times
Coordinate with the baking and shaping teams to ensure smooth workflow
Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols strictly
Maintain regular attendance and punctuality

Requirements :




Experience in dough mixing or bakery production preferred
Strong sense of hygiene and cleanliness
High level of regularity, discipline, and responsibility
Ability to work in a fast-paced production workplace
Physically fit to handle lifting and repetitive tasks
