We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Freelancer to amplify the reach of ITOC Global and our portfolio of high-conviction founders. In this role, you will design and execute growth campaigns, manage social channels, and drive engagement across our founder ecosystem. What you'll do
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search
Analyze performance metrics to optimize conversion rates and user acquisition
Create compelling copy and visual content tailored to startup founders and tech talent
Collaborate with the community team to promote meetups, programs, and mentorship events
Manage SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic and paid visibility
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a digital marketer or growth hacker, preferably in the startup space
Robust understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and ad platforms (LinkedIn, Google, Meta)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Creative problem-solver with a strong portfolio of past campaigns
