Job Summary: The Guest Relationship Executive is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for all guests at the café. This role focuses on customer interaction, service coordination, and ensuring guest satisfaction from entry to exit.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests with a friendly and qualified attitude
Manage reservations, seating, and guest queries
Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns promptly
Coordinate with service and kitchen staff for smooth operations
Maintain a pleasant front-of-house workplace
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
