The Accounts & Finance Intern will manage daily accounting tasks, financial records, billing, GST support, and assist in overall financial operations of the company. This is an excellent chance for students or freshers who want practical accounting experience , not just theory.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance
Maintain daily financial records (income, expenses, invoices)
Record transactions using Zoho Books / Excel :
Track payments, receipts, and outstanding balances :
Maintain bank statements & perform reconciliations :
Prepare basic monthly financial reports (expenses, cash flow, summaries)

GST & Compliance Support
Maintain GST-related sales and purchase records :
Assist in preparing data for GST filing :
Coordinate with CA / accountant for audits and compliance

Billing & Documentation
Generate and manage client invoices :
Maintain vendor bills and payment records
Keep all financial documents organized and audit-ready

Startup Support Tasks




Track budgets for events, workshops, and projects
Maintain staff/intern payout records
Assist management in basic financial planning & cost control

Eligibility Criteria
Pursuing or completed B.Com / BBA / BAF / CA Foundation / MBA (Finance) :
Freshers and final-year students are welcome
Basic understanding of accounting & finance :
Willingness to learn and take ownership

Required Skills :
Positive knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets :
Basic knowledge of GST & accounting principles :
Familiarity with Zoho Books (preferred, not mandatory)
Strong attention to detail
Honest, disciplined, and well-organized
Ability to work independently after guidance
